MRMC Patient E-mail Service

Patient e-mail is a great way to say “get well” or “we’re thinking of you” when you’re far away or can’t visit in person. Messages will be delivered Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Messages received after 5:00 p.m. will be delivered the following day. Because general e-mail is inherently not secure, we recommend that confidential information, such as social security numbers, diagnosis information, credit card numbers, etc., not be included in your correspondence. Patients who are no longer within the hospital setting will NOT have their message forwarded to them.
