Centura Health hospitals and entities are committed to making your experience positive, and we strive to provide the information you need to navigate your personal insurance situation. Effective Nov. 1, 2011, Billing and Customer Service are handled through Centura Revenue Management. If you have questions about your bill for services rendered prior to 11/1/11, please call Customer Service at 1-800-563-0662. If your services were rendered after 11/1/11, please call Customer Service at 1-888-269-7001 for assistance.
