    2015 HomeCare EliteMercy Home Health has been recognized as a Top 100 HomeCare Elite™ agency by National Research Corporation and DecisionHealth. This places Mercy Home Health among the top four percent of home care agencies in the nation. Mercy Home Health was one of only two agencies in the Colorado to be recognized among the nation’s top 100 home care agencies. A total of 32 home care agencies in Colorado were named among the top 25 percent in the nation.

    Now in its tenth year, the HomeCare Elite identifies the top 25 percent of agencies in the nation and highlights the top 100 and top 500 agencies overall. Since 2005, Mercy has been recognized as a top 100 agency five times, as a top 500 agency four times, and among the top 25% of agencies once.

    Mercy Regional Medical Center was recognized with an "A" grade from The Leapfrog Group for seven consecutive award periods, from Fall of 2012 to Fall of 2015. The Hospital Safety Score is compiled under the guidance of experts on patient safety and is administered by The Leapfrog Group (Leapfrog), an independent industry watchdog.
    Mercy Regional Medical Center was also named a Top Rural Hospitals in the nation by The Leapfrog Group in 2015. This recognition showcases Mercy’s commitment to providing the safest, highest quality health care for consumers and purchasers alike. Mercy was one of 98 hospitals—approximately six percent of the more than 1,600 that were eligible—to receive the Top Hospital designation and one of only three hospitals in Colorado to be recognized.
    The Leapfrog Group and URAC also awarded Mercy Regional Medical Center with the Hospital Website Transparency Award for 2012 and 2013. The award identifies outstanding hospital websites that promote transparency of safety and quality measures in a manner that is useful and user-friendly for consumers.
    Action SilverMercy Regional Medical Center consistently followed the treatment guidelines in ACTION Registry®-GWTG™ for four consecutive quarters in ACTION Registry-GWTG and met a performance standard of 90% for specific performance measures to receive this 2015 award.
