2013 Press Releases
(Great Bend, KS) - Golden Belt Home Health & Hospice (GBHH&H) will sponsor a Monday evening grief support group in Great Bend from Nov. 18 through Feb. 3, with holiday breaks on Dec. 23 and 30. It will meet each Monday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Conference Room 103 of the Medical Building at 3520 Lakin; entrance is on Lincoln Street.
Hospice Chaplain John Grummon and GBHH&H Social Worker Cathy Soeken will co-facilitate the support group. “Guided by qualified facilitators, group members will provide support and healing for one another,” Grummon said. “This group setting becomes a safe place to share while doing the important work of mourning and learning new ways to approach problems.”
Anyone interested in attending the grief support group may contact Grummon or Soeken for further details by calling 620-792-8171.
