    Adventist Health Systems

    One of the largest Protestant, not-for-profit health care systems in the nation, Adventist Health System was established in 1973 to oversee the operations of the Seventh-day Adventist Church's health care organizations in several regions of the United States. From large metropolitan centers to remote rural areas, Adventist Health System offers a wide variety of services to their communities.

    This faith-based system features 37 hospitals, 23 home health care entities and 24 extended care currently operating in ten southern, southwestern, and midwestern states employing more than 35,000 people.
